Purpose of the processing
If you make an order and provide your billing and shipping information; if you write to me through the contacts form on the website; if you send me an e-mail at the e-mail address: info@cherieswood.com, I will use the data you entered with the purpose of replying to you and/or to process the order. I use the newsletter to keep in touch with people who decide to subscribe it. Sometimes I send promotions, coupons or new items launches. If you buy one of my items, I will use the data you entered to contact you and issue an invoice

If you write me through a contact form, I will use your data to reply by email to your request for information.In order to write to me via a contact form you must agree to this Privacy Policy. Without this consent no message can be sent from the contact forms. Your data remains stored in my email archive and in my backups. Personal data collected in the form: name, surname, telephone number and email address.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to my newsletter, through the forms on my website, pop-ups or through external landing pages, your name and email address are automatically added to a list of contacts to whom I send my newsletters, which may also contain commercial and promotional information. To subscribe to my newsletter you must be at least 16 years old. The mailing list service I use is MailChimp which is based in Georgia, USA. User data are stored on their servers. More information here. Your data are stored on their servers. Mailchimp, like all newsletter platforms, provides me with information about who opens newsletters and clicks on links. You can choose to stop receiving my newsletter at any time, just click on the link at the bottom of each email. I will continue to send you my newsletters until you unsubscribe. If you wish to remove them permanently write me an email and I will do it manually. Mailchimp processes personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). You can read Mailchimp’s Privacy policy here. If you do not give me your consent to the communication and transfer of data, you will not be able to subscribe to my newsletter. Google Analytics
In order to obtain statistics about the use of my website, I use Google Analytics; I have set up Google Analytics in such a way that your IP address is anonymised. The information generated by the Google Analytics cookie about your use of the website (including the first part of your IP address) is then transmitted to Google and stored on its servers in the United States. Google uses this information to track and examine the use of the website by its visitors, and to provide this data, in aggregate form and never linked to your identity, through the reports of Analytics and its other information services. Facebook Pixel
I have installed the Facebook pixel on this website. I use it mainly to track the results of the advertising campaigns I activate on Facebook. I can also use it to show people who visit my website or a specific page on it, an advertisement on Facebook. Everything is done via cookies and your browsing data are not linked to your identity and personal data. This means that Facebook only shows me anonymised data. I don’t know what you have done and I don’t know your first name, last name, email address, Facebook profile. I only know how many people have done something in a certain period of time. If you do not want to be tracked by the Facebook Pixel in any way, you can deny consent from the cookie bar on my website. Who has access to this data: I have access to the account on the Emme Lab Facebook page and the Ad management tool.
