We ship our products worldwide
All our products are built in Italy and we rely on a set of international carriers to ship worldwide to the United States, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia.

Shipping preparation, time and costs

Most of our products are ready to ship in 3 business days.
If you have requested a specific customization (read more about the available personalizations here) you should expect the preparation of your order to take up to 5 business days. As soon as your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification followed by the tracking number of your order.

If you’re ordering outside European Union, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. Cherieswood has no control over these charges or the exact amount as it depends on customs policies for each specific country.

Payments accepted

We accept the main credit cards (VISA, AMEX, MasterCard), PayPal and international wire-transfers. All our credit card payments are managed securely via Stripe. When buying a new product in our online store, you can select the payment method. In case of a wire-transfer payment, we will ship your order only after having received your payment, usually within 24 hours.

Refunds policy

If you have received the wrong product, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we understand and will refund your purchase within 30 days from the order. If you want to request a refund for your order, you can contact us at support@cherieswood.com and we will promptly respond to your request.

We will refund you the full price of our item minus tax and shipping costs.

No refunds will be granted for personalized items.

Gifts

All our products can be directly delivered as gifts. On the product page, you simply need to select “This is a gift” and we will include only our personal message without further details about your order.

Business requests and large quantities

If you are thinking of buying our products for your business in large quantities (>10 items), you can contact us at support@cherieswood.com to obtain a special price based on your needs.
